Annual CN Tower Climb

Supporting our local communities has always been a top priority for HARBRIDGE + CROSS. The World Wildlife Federation (WWF) champions the support for equitable and effective conservation action that restore nature, reverse wildlife loss and fight climate change. The need for conservation is greater than ever as global wildlife populations have declined by over 69% on average, in the last 50-years. When you donate to the WWF you are taking action to protect habitats and reverse wildlife loss.
HARBRIDGE + CROSS has been fortunate to be part of a thriving industry and employ top talented, caring team members that recognizes that success in the field is predicated with success in our local community.
On Sunday April 16, 2023 our Head Office JHSC committee participated in the Annual CN Tower climb. Our team of 4 climbers alongside hundreds of other participants, working together to conquer the 1,776 steps tower and raised over $1.3 million for nature and wildlife.
The top stair climb was Elite member Shaun Stephens-Whale with a time of 10:31.
The HARBRIDGE + CROSS team came in with an average stair climb time of 30:11 and a top time of 21:40.
CN Tower Climb Program:
Start-End Date: Sunday April 16 from 7:30am
to 9:00am
Participants: HARBRIDGE + CROSS office and field members.
Goal Target: Raise a minimum of $600 Goal Realized: $1,000
Since WWF-Canada held its first ever climb in 1991, more than 135,000 people have stepped up for wildlife and helped deliver big conversations results from nearly tripling Nepal’s wild tiger population to advancing protection for hundreds of thousands of square kilometers of critical habitat for Arctic species.
A special thank you goes out to Nikki Dorkin, Co-Chair JHSC, Ashik Swamy and Rakesh Koliyat worker members of JHSC for their tireless efforts in organizing this event, fundraising for WWF and galvanizing staff to join us in the spirt of community support.
